A small, supportive community designed and mentored by Jenny Q for writers to grow, gain confidence, and make progress together.
Your story matters.
Your writing deserves time.
You’re allowed to invest in yourself.
The Confident Writer Collective is a structured, supportive space for writers who are ready to establish a consistent, intentional writing practice that actually lasts. Through daily writing sprints, weekly challenges, and genuine community connection, you’ll stop writing alone and start showing up with clarity and confidence. Twice a month, you’ll join live group coaching sessions where you’ll get mindset support and craft guidance—so you’re not just writing more, you’re growing as a writer. This isn’t about hustle or pressure. It’s about momentum, gentle accountability, and becoming the kind of writer who finishes what they start.
As a member of the club, every month you’ll have exclusive access to:
MINDSET COACHING SESSIONS
Every month features an interactive session led by Jenny Q focused on a different aspect of improving your mindset, establishing healthy routines and habits, and protecting your creative well-being. These sessions are recorded for on-demand viewing.
CRAFT ROUNDTABLES
Each month Jenny Q leads a guided discussion focusing on a different element of crafting a story. We ask questions, share tips and suggestions, and break down what works and what doesn’t. You’ll walk away with fresh insight and actionable advice you can apply to your writing. These sessions are recorded for on-demand viewing.
WRITING SPRINTS/CO-WORKING SESSIONS
The Writing Room is always open for any club member who would like to participate in short, focused working sessions. Write with the group or work on editing, marketing, your author business—anything you'd like to spend some quality focused time on. Showing up consistently is the name of the game. Scheduled 30-minute group sessions take place three times a day, six days a week. Plus you can pop in on your own anytime or arrange meetups with fellow club members.
VIRTUAL HAPPY HOURS
Join us every month for happy hour, where we get to know each other and talk about what we're working on. BYOB! Members also have the ability to create their own virtual meetups.
CONSISTENCY AND GENTLE ACCOUNTABILITY
If you have trouble staying on track, we're here to help. Share your monthly goal(s) and we'll cheer you on. Create a writing habit you can stick with by attending the sprints. And if you need a little motivation, take advantage of the simple weekly challenges to start making easy progress.
A SAFE SPACE TO SHARE, LEARN & GROW WITH FELLOW WRITERS
No matter where you are in your writing journey, you're in good company in the club! It's true that writing can be a lonely endeavor, but it doesn't have to be. Every writer benefits from the camaraderie, encouragement, and inspiration found in a group of supportive peers. There are no critiques, judgments, distractions, or sales pitches in this group.
Join a group of awesome writers who understand that:
-
Rough drafts are normal
-
Starting over isn’t shameful
-
Progress counts even when it’s messy
-
It’s safe to be imperfect
-
It’s okay when life sometimes gets in the way
-
Showing up is what counts the most
MEET YOUR DIRECTOR

I’m Jenny Quinlan, but everybody calls me Jenny Q, and I hope you will too! I have been an editor and book coach for nearly fifteen years, working one-on-one with writers to develop their stories, hone their craft, and navigate the world of publishing with an informed and positive mindset. I’ve worked with everyone from brand-new authors writing their first novel to authors with multiple New York Times bestsellers under their belts.
I know the challenges creative writers face. I know what it feels like to be overcome by self-doubt, to struggle to make writing a priority, to fall victim to limiting beliefs, excuses, envy, and the fear of rejection. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, discouraged, or dissatisfied. But I’ve learned how to overcome these challenges, and I’ve helped hundreds of writers do the same.
And now I’ve developed a supportive membership program to help even more authors embrace their talent and creativity, align their actions with their goals, and realize their full potential to create the writing life of their dreams.
Your monthly Confident Writer Collective membership includes two interactive group coaching sessions with me for a fraction of the price of my one-on-one coaching services. I’ll help you break through the blocks that are holding you back so you can keep growing as a writer and make steady progress toward your goals.
Plus, not only do you get mentoring from me, you also get the support of an encouraging community of writers who are working on their own goals right alongside you.
How It Works:
-
Join the private Confident Writer Collective community on Facebook
-
Share your monthly goals in the Accountability thread

Note: You do not need a Zoom account to access the Writing Room or watch session replays, but you will need a Facebook account if you wish to access the community forum. You may still participate in the virtual sessions and meetups without joining the Facebook group. I know Facebook is not for everyone, but I've chosen it because it still offers the simplest access and easiest communication platform for groups. You may cancel your membership at any time.

If any of these statements apply to you, you should join the Confident Writer Collective:
